2. Camera & Photo Access

FireInspect AI requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of photographing fire code violations during inspections. Photos are uploaded to our secure servers and are only accessible by you and authorized members of your organization. We do not access your camera or photos at any other time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Generate and store fire inspection reports
• Identify fire code violations using AI analysis
• Display your profile information on exported reports
• Send inspection reports via email when requested

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Inspection records, violation photos, and business information are stored on protected servers and are only accessible to authenticated users within your account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent (e.g., emailing a report to a recipient you specify)

6. AI Processing

FireInspect AI is intended for use by professional fire inspectors and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
